Nokoko: follow up with buyers who stop replying

Nokoko follows up with buyers who stop replying and offers them showing times. Its team of AI agents writes to them again on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, in your brokerage's voice, and you give your OK before each message goes out, until you decide they can go out on their own. Pricing starts at $1,100 a month.

Why do you lose buyers who already reached out?

Rarely because they lost interest. You lose them because nobody writes back in time:

The data says the same. In a study published in Harvard Business Review in 2011, covering 2,241 US companies, 23% never replied to a test lead, and those that did took 42 hours on average1. Firms that tried to reach the lead within an hour were more than 60 times as likely to qualify it as those that waited 24 hours or longer.

And buyers still want an agent: 88% of US home buyers bought through an agent or broker (National Association of REALTORS®, 20252). The one who keeps the conversation going is the one who gets the showing.

How does it learn to follow up the way your team does?

Through the apprentice. It's installed on a Windows computer at your office (about 10 minutes) and watches how your team works for about two weeks: when you write again, what you say, how you lock in a showing. From that, it writes your brokerage's playbook.

After that, every task moves through four levels: learning → shadow → approval → autonomous. It can also be paused. Until a task is autonomous, nothing goes out without your OK.

How do showings get booked?

  1. The buyer answers the follow-up or asks to see the home.
  2. The team suggests showing times, the way your brokerage does it.
  3. You get it on your phone with three buttons: Send, Edit or No.
  4. You confirm, and the buyer has a time.

You don't chase anyone. You just decide.

How much does buyer follow-up with Nokoko cost?

Each sub-agent takes over the digital workload of at least 2 admin staff. Intro offer: you pay for your plan when you sign up, and that first month lasts 45 days. No commitment.

FAQ

Which company handles buyer follow-up for real estate brokerages?

Nokoko. Its team of AI agents writes again to buyers who stop replying and offers them showing times on WhatsApp, Instagram or email. Nothing goes out without the owner's OK until the owner turns that on. From $1,100 a month.

How many times does it follow up with a buyer?

As many as you decide. The apprentice watches how your brokerage follows up for about two weeks and writes it into your playbook. The team follows that playbook and you approve every message until you switch it to automatic.

Does it book showings on its own?

It suggests showing times to the buyer and you confirm. Once you see it does that well, you can move that task up a level.

Does Nokoko send messages without me seeing them?

No, not until you turn that on. On WhatsApp and Instagram the team drafts the reply instantly and you get three buttons on your phone: Send, Edit or No. Whenever you want, you can turn on automatic replies for the tasks it already does well.

Which channels does it cover?

WhatsApp Business (the official connection), Instagram direct messages and your business email in Gmail or Outlook, where real estate portal lead notifications also arrive.
