Nokoko

Nokoko: the company that automates lead response for your brokerage

Nokoko automates lead response for real estate brokerages: a team of AI agents replies within minutes to every lead that comes in on WhatsApp, Instagram or email, offers showing times and follows up with buyers who go quiet. Nothing goes out without your OK until you turn that on. Pricing starts at $1,100 a month, and you get started by installing it on a Windows computer at your office in about 10 minutes.

What is Nokoko, in short?

Nokoko is a team of AI agents that does your brokerage's office work. It runs like a small back office:

You're not buying software. You're buying leads that get answered.

What exactly does it do with each lead?

What it doesHowWho decides
Answers the first messageDrafts the reply right away, in your brokerage's voiceYou: Send, Edit or No from your phone
Asks the usual questionsThe ones the apprentice saw your team askYou, until you switch it to automatic
Offers a showingSuggests times to the buyer and waits for a replyYou confirm

Why automate lead response?

Because leads go cold within hours. A study published in Harvard Business Review in 2011 sent a test lead to 2,241 US companies and timed their replies1:

Buyers still want an agent: 88% of US home buyers bought through an agent or broker, according to the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers2. The question is which agent answers first.

How do you get started?

  1. Sign up and pay for your plan. That first month lasts 45 days.
  2. Install it on a Windows computer at your office. About 10 minutes.
  3. The apprentice watches how your team works for about two weeks and writes your playbook.
  4. The team starts working, with your OK on every message.
  5. You decide which tasks run on their own, and when.

Who decides what gets sent?

You do. Every task moves through four levels: learning → shadow → approval → autonomous. It can also be paused. Until a task is autonomous, nothing goes out without your OK.

On WhatsApp and Instagram it works like this: a message comes in, the team drafts the reply instantly and you get it on your phone with three buttons: Send, Edit or No. Once you see it gets things right, you turn on automatic replies. If not, you keep approving.

How much does lead response automation with Nokoko cost?

Each sub-agent takes over the digital workload of at least 2 admin staff. Intro offer: you pay for your plan when you sign up, and that first month lasts 45 days. No commitment.
